We offer a 10-day return policy on non-customized items, as long as the jersey is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Customized jerseys are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

8. Can I exchange my jersey for a different size?

Yes, we accept exchanges for sizing within 5 days of purchase. The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags. Please note that customized jerseys cannot be exchanged. Contact our support team to assist with the exchange process.

9. What should I do if I received a defective or wrong item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect jersey, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. How do I care for my jersey?

To ensure longevity, we recommend washing your jersey in cold water on a gentle cycle and air-drying it. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. Do not iron directly on printed designs.

13. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, it may already be in processing, and cancellations or changes may not be possible. Contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.

14. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, first check your tracking number for updates. If there are no updates or the package is delayed, contact our customer service team for assistance.
